Cocoa superfood smoothie- After a long run, tennis and/or a workout I love to refuel with this smoothie. It's almost like a vegan milkshake but with all plantbased, organic, raw goodness. You can tweak with many variations but here is the basic :- ) Enjoy!

3 Bananas
3 leaves of Swiss Chard with stems
1/2 an avocado
1/4 cup of blueberries
1/4 cup of raw cocoa powder
2 tablespoons of chia seeds (soaked in water)
1/4 cup of flax seeds
2 tablespoons of homemade almond butter
3 cups of homemade almond milk
Rock all that in the vitamix and boom! Cocoa superfood smoothie- topped with goji berries and coconut shavings
